How to contact Nasco about an order
Before you call or write, compare packing slip with merchandise. You may find changes or substitutions already explained, and you won’t need to contact us. Invoices come separately by mail a few days after you receive the merchandise. When you call or write, be sure to have all papers concerning the order, including your customer number. Please give name of item, catalog number, quantity, and price, including any special information that you may think necessary. The more details you give us, the faster the adjustment of your order. Return and exchange privileges are granted only upon request and only on stock merchandise within 30 days of date of invoice. Restocking fees may apply. Contact our Customer Care department.
Filing claims for damaged merchandise
Nasco orders are filled with merchandise in good condition and carefully packed in our shipping department. Unfortunately, there are occasions when merchandise is damaged during shipment and it arrives in unacceptable condition. If delivery was via truck, the trucking company is responsible for delivery of the merchandise, and damage claims must be filed by you, the customer, with the trucking company. If delivery was via FedEx, UPS, or Parcel Post, please contact Nasco’s Customer Care department immediately.
IMPORTANT! In all cases, retain original carton and packing materials.
